In addition to the flexible services agile can provide in hourly, daily or weekly increments;  agile is also available for more traditional operational project/programme management contract opportunities.

With over 16 years of project/programme management experience Ross has developed strength and depth knowledge across multiple industries and Project management methodologies which lend themselves well to the contract industry.

Ross is a PMI accredited Senior Project Manager, with full software development life cycle experience utilising Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Designing, developing, testing, implementing hosted and on premise IT platform solutions for high profile blue chip organisations; including but not limited to Shell, Barclays, RBS, Northern Trust, Unilever, Nokia, Symbian, Fujitsu, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Diageo and Deloitte.

Ross has extensive relationship building, third party supplier and senior stakeholder management attributes. Excellent communication, presentation and coaching skills developed through in house product delivery and client facing professional services.


  • Ultimately responsible for the successful software and hardware (HW) Condeco product delivery, implementation and global roll-out, reporting directly into the MD and the board of directors
  • Responsible for the full end to end delivery of all in house product design, development, quality assurance, integration, delivery and support of the ‘Air Connection Engine’ platform, which enabled full and low cost carrier airlines to interline via ABBs innovative internet booking engine
  • Accountable for leading a cohesive cross functional core (PMO) project management team to successfully deliver the Symbian Software operating system to five smart phones manufacturers globally, utilising resources across multiple time zones and included senior stakeholder management to Director and VP level
